AI is already part of everyday work. The interesting question is no longer whether we use it, but what we delegate to it, and how far we’re ready to go.

We’re bringing together practitioners from engineering, product, marketing, and management to discuss how AI is changing real workflows across different roles — in a 7×7 format:

7 minutes to share one real AI case.
7 minutes to challenge it with questions.

No long presentations and generic predictions, just concrete workflows and lessons learned.

Jan Bartnitsky has spent 10+ years at flespi, Gurtam's telematics and IoT platform, wearing many hats: back-end developer, protocols engineer, integration developer, and technical consultant. Outside Gurtam, he teaches Algorithms and Data Structures at university.
System Analyst, Gurtam
Pavel Chabai
Pavel is a System Analyst at Gurtam, which is a fancy way of saying he draws boxes and arrows for a living. After 10 years at Gurtam, he's gotten quite good at it, or at least the boxes are getting bigger.
Product Manager, Flo Health
Alexander Korzhenko
Alexander Korzhenko is a Product Manager at Flo Health, leading the integrations and automation behind paid user acquisition. His focus is applying AI to marketing operations: creative production and testing, value-based bidding, and AI assistants for UA teams. He was an iOS developer before.
Head of Growth, Xappex
Darya Orlova
Darya Orlova is Head of Growth at Xappex, driving growth for its Salesforce data tools. With 10+ years in B2B tech, she led sales at HQSoftware, later joining its Board as VP of Sales, and runs her own consultancy. Her focus: experiments that turn CRM chaos into measurable growth.
Product Designer, Wix
Mantas Čepukaitis
Mantas Čepukaitis designs for millions as a Product Designer at Wix, where he went from intern to full-time in under a year. Before that, he shaped EdTech and mental health apps from scratch.
Senior Engineering Manager, Nexos.ai
Kotryna Miknevičiūtė
Kotryna is a Senior Engineering Manager at Nexos.ai, leading the teams behind its chat, agents, and knowledge bases. Before four years at Tesonet, she worked on mainframes at Barclays and datacentre migrations at HCL. Off duty, she trains with the Lithuanian Riflemen's Union.
